We are a project that originated within the AlteArt Group, dedicated to the development, promotion, refurbishment and management of properties. This foundation enables us to combine experience, property expertise, design, hospitality and personalised service to create stays where every detail has been carefully considered.
The refurbishment of our apartments and the creation of the inspiring Albir Experience concept have been carried out in collaboration with the team at Flipping Home, who specialise in giving homes a new lease of life and transforming them into spaces with character, functionality and style. Thanks to their work, each apartment has been designed not only to accommodate you, but also to make you feel comfortable, at peace and connected to your surroundings.
